TURN ROUND TIME
All our items are lovingly hand made to order and are subject to a turnaround time of 6-7 days so please bare this in mind when ordering. Personalised items are custom made we cannot issue refunds unless there is an error on our part. Please double check the spelling of your name when placing order.

Our return policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Talia’s Handmade Boutique. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied. We will accept returns on non customised items if you are not fully satisfied. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened. Personalised items are non-refundable. You can return or exchange any item within 10 days.
Returns are at the customers expense. All items should be well packaged, and returned in their original condition. This includes the order number and the reason for return.

Purchasing from Talia’s Handmade Boutique you are agreeing to the safety terms and acknowledge that Talia’s Handmade Boutique cannot be held responsible or be liable for any damages.
Extreme care and attention is taken into account before each order is made and shipped. We would not be liable for improper use or the failure to correctly supervise your child using our products.
Each product must be regularly checked (beads, cord, clasp & teething toy) for any damage or wear and tear.
Discard immediately if damaged. We are also not liable for any incorrectly spelt personalised item by the customer.
HEALTH & SAFETY
All our baby products Teething Toy, Teething Ring, Pram/Stroller Garland, Dummy Clip. Are made to the UK standard If you would like more information please contact us with your enquiry.
Please note our Dummy clips are not toys!!We recommend that babies should be supervised at all times when wearing our clips.
Please check the Dummy Clip/Teething Toys regularly for any wear and tear.
All our beads has been tested to EN71-3. The silicone bead are safe for teething babies. They are BPA FREE, 100% Food Grade Silicone and easy to clean. Every Product will come with an instruction card
DELIVERY
All products will be send with Royal Mail, once they are posted it is out of our control. We do not take any responsibility for Anything that may be lost in the post.
